High Performance Specialty Rope

High performance wire ropes offer compacted construction which provides for higher strength, better banding life and greater abrasion resistance. Typical applications include boom hoists, load hoists, winch lines, and ore unloaders.

Constructex

Swaged to increase wearing surface and density. Can provide 1 ½ to 2 time service life of other tubing lines to its resistance to scrubbing and crushing and increased life. Greater flexibility provides easier handling. Constructex is commonly used in tubing lines, logging lines, winch lines, boom hoist, scrap yard, mobile and overhead traveling cranes, ore unloaders and ore bridges as well as Hot bed conveyors and car haulage.

  • High quality.
  • Superior strength.
  • Resistant to crushing.
  • Bend fatigue life.

Dyform 6 & Flex-x 626

Compacted construction provides higher strength, better banding life and greater abrasion resistance than 6 X 25 ropes. Dyform 6 & Flex-x 626 are commonly used in boom hoist, load hoist, winch lines, holding, closing, crowd and retract lines, Ore bridges and ore unloaders. Other common application include Stripper, soaking pit, hot metal, scrap yard mobile and overhead traveling cranes, Hot bed conveyors, Car haulage, Marine cargo fails.

  • High breaking force.
  • Resistant to bend fatigue.
  • Resistant to crushing.
  • Reduced elongation.
  • Optional plastic coating of IWRC.
